Premises Liability/Slip and Fall

Slip and fall incidents may occur at either the workplace or at someone else’s premise. In either case, the trips, slips or falls usually occur because the ground was wet, uneven or obstructed by something that should not have been in the way of the injured party. If you suffer a slip and fall accident while you are lawfully within another’s property, the land or business owner may be accountable or liable if they could have prevented the accident.

As an employer, a business owner is responsible for the safety of anyone who works at or anyone who visits the location. If unsafe working conditions exist, the business owner would not only be accountable for slip and fall accidents, but also be in violation of OSHA laws.

If you or someone you know, has suffered a slip and fall injury due to the negligence of a property owner, you could be entitled to monetary compensation. Give our attorneys at The Dashner Law Firm a call for your free case evaluation and let us determine if you are qualified to receive damages.
